At AstroInsight.in, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. However, in certain cases, refunds may be applicable as per the policy mentioned below Refund Eligibility
You can claim a refund within 02 days from the date of payment.
After 02 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
🧾 How to Claim a Refund
To initiate your refund request, please provide one of the following:
- A valid payment receipt or proof of purchase, or
- Your registered email ID used while placing the order.
Refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
Please ensure that the account or card used for payment is still active, as refunds cannot be processed if the payment source has been closed or cancelled.
Once a refund is approved and processed from our end, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If the refund does not appear within this period, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider directly.

📘 Important Note on Digital Products (Soft Copy Kundli Reports)
Refunds are not applicable for Kundli reports, horoscope reports, or any personalized astrology report delivered in soft copy (PDF, email, or WhatsApp) format.
Once the report has been generated and shared electronically, it is considered a delivered service, and hence, no refund or cancellation will be permitted.
This is because all such reports are custom-prepared based on your personal birth details and cannot be reused, resold, or withdrawn once delivered.

- Refunds cannot be issued to third-party accounts.
- The refund mode will always be the same as the original payment mode.
